A walk through the city is a walk through time and a look into the future. Across the road is the Royal Botanic Gardens with its vast collection of Australian native flora & fauna. Bordering South Yarra and fringes of the city centre, the gardens have a vast collection of exotic and Australian native plants set in a magnificent 19th-century landscape.
Take one many tourist boats departing from Princess Bridge that take you on a wonderful journey down the Yarra River. It is one of the best ways to see and learn about the city as the riverbanks are home to many of Melbourne's treasures and a great Melbourne way to experience the metropolis's unique style and sophistication.
